hi!
I am a complete newbie. I am a university student studying maths and not to blow my own trumpet, fucking good when it comes to patterns.
I have never gambled, it seemed like you always lost in the end. So, a total waste.
However after spending a summer working on the building sites, I did watch my boss consistently win - over periods of time, and always got his cash back.
Oh, and hopefully I will be able to find an emulator for it. If not, I am going to buy one. I am a man on a mission!
Whats more, I have realised from this forum that the machines are pre-determined, so they have a pattern. So, I am gonna study the fuck out of one machine for the next few months to see what I can come up with.
It makes sense to know what is the most common machine, hopefully something pretty simple, so not to many options, so I can make it something to study. Hopefully its a newer machine, as I dont all my hard work to be useless if the machine is not around in a month.
So come on lads, what is the machine that you always find in a pub, or agora, or bingo halls.
The chances of you finding an emulater for a current fruity is nil, sorry mate. With regards to what is the most common machine, well that varies also. You`ll get one machine that you`ll see in four or five different places for a month or two and then it might dissapear for a couple of months. My advise just study fruitys in general.Originally Posted by 5185noss
Ok. Simply put, I am sure you serious players play the same fruits over the months. So which ones are the best? If I am not going to find an emulator then I may as well buy one. If I get a strategy to constantly win, I may buy more.Originally Posted by stretch
As for learning to play fruits in general, that would involve loosing a bit of cash, and for someone intent on making up for lost time, I am worried very very addictive.
lots of red gamings and extremes because they take alot of money
army of ghosts
I agree with reds but would stay away from extremes IMO
I am gonna look like a complete dick, but as I understand, reds and extreme are just brands, with various different games. Now, i need more specific help with the games, which ones are most popular?Originally Posted by stretch
Also out of curiousity, I take it some of the moderators on this site have some very decent info, and they play full/part time. How much cash can you expect to earn an hour, if you are on top form?
I think you're looking at the situation from the wrong angle. Making money on fruit machines consistently has nothing to do with Maths - it simply involves learning the profile of a game and how to tell what mood it's in (like when it's paid out or when it's got value in it), and then going out and hoping you find some machines that are ready to pay out.
These days it's a case of running around trying to beat a dozen other people to the same machine. It involves trawling all the pubs in your area to see what game each one has, and then trying to keep the location secret from everyone else. It involves sitting in your car on a freezing morning waiting for a pub to open so you can walk in, buy a squash, make or lose a quick few quid and then leave. You'll do this all day long sometimes and still not make any money, and when you get home at the end of the day, your clothes stinking of cigarettes and your hands covered in a grimy black coin residue, you'll wonder why you didn't stay in bed with your girlfriend, something you'll be lucky to hang onto if you decide to take up this soul-destroying hobby.
The only Maths involved in fruit machines is in random games, where you are fighting a losing battle right from the word go due to fixed odds. Just ask the hundreds of people who have lost houses, businesses and marriages in Section 16 games over the last 2 years.
Yes there is money to be made in playing reflex-controlled pub machines, but only if you're at the top of the information chain and have plenty of hours to spare - and even then it's barely worth it; the hassle you can get for just being a 'player' can be quite severe. Far easier to start at the bottom of the career ladder and channel your energy into climbing it and building a future for yourself.
Having been there done that I can guarantee my advice is worth listening to. But you probably won't! If you really want to find out, your best way to learn is to go out with a 'player' and see what it's all about - but they'll be reluctant to share any info with you in fear of harming their meagre profits.
Go to Fruit-Emu and download some free emulators and games - once you see how rigged and predictable they are you'll see how being a sound mathematician gives you no advantage whatsoever.
Best Wishes - Steve

Mate i would really rethink this if i were you.Originally Posted by 5185noss
I would advise you to study one brand make also as they usually bring out many different clones of the same machine which will play in the same sort of way and will be alot easier for you to adapt to playing. As for earning hourly profits if that was possible everyone one be at it, however well you know the machine its still gambling and you got to take the rough with the smooth the winning and the losing. Example, you may think you have found a machine playing really well and offering good wins but could be the end of a streak which can lose to big loses if you are not careful.
Good luck anyways.
If you really really want to do it then you will have to be prepared to lose before you win. If you still want to try though then check what machines you have locally and check in here to see what people say about them. Before you do that though look up what people say about different brands you may find theres some you don't want to bother playing.
Any time you aggressively play seven deuce off suit, the universe will bend the laws of short term probability in order to re-balance the long term probability abuses by those trashy players who only play premium hands
