How not to spend 15 minutes early Sunday morning
Saturday night, missus staying over with loads of girlies at a slumber party (mmmm fly on the wall cam required) .. so I am at a loose end, anyway to cut a long story short I'll itemise the night's proceedings...
1. 10pm Take bottle of Jack Daniels upstairs and get installed for a good session of online poker.
2. 12ish, fairly pissed, playing like a twat at poker, even the regulars commenting on my unusual style of play, (am I that readable when sober?)
3. 1pm nuff said regarding the J.D's, £300 down on the poker, *brainwave* have a quick stab on the casino to try and get some cash back.
4. 1.15pm I've just caned £1000 at £18 quid a spin on one of the Marvel Slots. Biggest win as far as I could recall was about £130, I was just trying for the 'feature' which I presumed paid out better according to higher stake, before on say £2.50 a spin I've had £150ish before, so on £18 quid a spin I'm starting to get a little excited. Nah, £72.
5. Go to bed, wake up in the morning and think what a twat.
There you go, not be doing that again for ooh, let me see..the rest of my life?

As for the missus, well she'll never know, we still have seperate accounts which suits me just fine, and although a grand is a grand (and I don't want this to sound smug), it was disposable income, not mortgage money although it friggin' wound me up the day after.
