100 numbers, 0-8 = £0, 9-100 = £1 92%
100 numbers, 0-1 = £92 , 2-100 = £0 92%

1000000 numbers 0-3 = £500, 4-10 = £400 ,11-20 = £300 all the way down too 5000-1000000 = £0
