Help Needed!

I have just got a QPS fruit machine yesterday and i was playing on it and the power went out and the coins wont go through now, I put them in and they get stuck and i was wondering how you get them out because i carnt play it, I ahev tried the reject button on the front but wont work,

Any help would be great.
