Hi, first post, not too clever on the old computer skills so please bear with us but just like to say what an excellent forum this seems to be....to introduce myself I've been playing bandits on and off now for bout 20 years since I was a wee lad...enjoyable and not so enjoyable memories on the way - Lootshoot, Spotlight, Nifty Fifty, Alphabet, Rota-note, Screen Play, 777 heavens, Andy Craps, Sunset Boulevards et al ….
These days tend to play only a handful of trusted(ish) AWP's assisted by a lowe and fletch, using the force and the odd method washed down with lashings of sensibilty – seem to break even with the occasional beer token profit which suits........personally best of the money is having club machines off, esp cops & robbers and clones of, on ferries and in clubs ( 7 british legions in my area )....for example bank holiday weekend last year on the IOM ferries took them for around 2k profit whilst staying in 4 star hotels on both sides of the Irish Sea the only downer as I remember was watching everton play.
Anyway, look forward to exchanging stories with other gamblers, to learn a few things and to give advice where I can.![]()
Welcome to the forums mate.
We are a loving community, and we have our arms (not just our arms for some) wide open for you!!!
Im into the clubbies myself, only ever used to play clubbies only, then moved onto alot of AWP's but only in certain spots where i knew the supplier's machines wasn't up to par in terms of chips. Now im back onto the clubbies, not making sufficient money to feed my wife and 2 kids, but enough money for 3-4 nights out a week without touching the bank!
Lockbuster, CNR (all versions) inc. CTL are my most profitable machines. Bellfruit seem to be the 'god' of clubbies, which in turn is kinda good, because they are very profitable if played right.
Enjoy your stay!![]()

Welcome mate... Hope you enjoy your stay and share some stories, sounds like you may have a few intersting ones![]()
Hi and thanks for the welcoming. The pressure !!
Similarly I play for profit even if the enjoyment factor is reduced somewhat, this pays the bills and funds quarterly field trips for me and the Doris. I will only attack a machine if I know it inside out, as for the rest I avoid bar a steal if the Lowe and Fletch brings good news.
Agree bell fruits are the only way to go. Personal exceptions top of my head are Barcrests BB, PCB, MPFC, Club Calamari and for quick steals JPM casino crazies (is it me or are these always near backing).
All time fav for nostalgia reasons is the grand slam/65/super 6’s, takes a bit of time to get bell’d up but great for the proceeding oranges and 150 afters on the 40’s. Don’t see these around anymore tho not even down the clubs seems JPM and Global have taken over the top reeler mantle, red hot 6 etc - worth a major swerve.![]()

And ironic as their AWP counterparts are probably the worst.
