Red's and note acceptors

Never really played them a great deal, but just lately, I have played a fair bit.

Has anyone ever noticed that you never seem to get a board for 6-8 quid after putting a note in?? May just be coicidence, but i now put a note in, collect the credits, then re-insert the coins for peace of mind.

Anyone else noticed this? Can this mess up the payout at all?

know what u mean, it should affect it at all, think its just all in our head. But I do agree 100%

Think this is a dilema we have all had

Any machine modern enough to accept shouldent allow play to be affected by notes being inserted instead of coins.

Do machines slow down when you play them with £2 coins? NO.. same principle.

For peace of mind I always play with pound coins.

Same here, and i think with everyone. Although the machine will often say there is a 100% guarantee that playing with notes doesn't affect payout percentage, i constantly feel cheated!

I always play £2 and collect the rest out too. Don't know why, but with AWP manufacturers the scamming and blagging buggers that they are, i'd rather play with coins.
