I am seriously considering making a decent living off fruities, I am making around #200 a week but this has only maybe another 2 months left in it. The problem is, I have limited contacts on these forums, what suggestions would you put in place that would help me expand my fruitie career further?
PM me for any useful info, contacts, tel no.s, e-mails.
After all, I thought at least these forums are here to serve some purpose.
My local contacts have their own machines, ie RED, which they are not willing to share just yet as this is their livelyhoods.
You should play and meet your own contacts really
Its only on loannnnnnn, its only on loaaannnnnn in Athens Grace will bring it back hommmmmmmmeeeee.

To be honest mate, I don't think you can really consider making a 'living' off fruit machines.
I don't have any contacts as such, just play once a week with what knowledge I have and common sense and get a small profit, some weeks it's around £200.
But it isn't consistant enough to make a living with all the competition and machines being moved around.
To make a living, I think you'd need to be very high up on certain circles to get information before everyone else. And these cirlces are going to be very well established and close knit as to avoid other wanna be gamblers taking their profit.
To make someone share valuable info, they are going to want something in return of equal standing, and from what it seems, you don't have any info of that significance to share?
Not a chance.....don't risk it. Whatever you say, gambling isn't a guaranteed income. A job is. You should do what the majority do, use it as supplementary income.

it helps when you know leisure link engineers hehe, one of the lads around liverpool, also does around newcastle has a very good friend who works for lesiure link he gets supplied with a "list" of stuff thats out. he blitz's everything till its leaked, then moves onto something else. nice chap, pity he blows all his cash at the casino though![]()
Agreed. It's very easy to think you have it cracked if you experience a good run of profits over a number of weeks, this may be down to some current info, but what happens when that dries up ? It's back to running with the rest of 'em. I quit playing regularly and seriously about 3 years ago, early 90's upwards were a goldmine, but these days it's just not possible to make consistent life changing profit on a regular basis, unless you are at the top of the chain and then I imagine it's still not easy, having to hang on every flaw that emerges, milking it dry in a short a time as possible before it's out to all and sundry.Originally Posted by MattB
Matt mentioned how a job is guaranteed income. This is such a true statement. I often have the choice of going and doing say the music for a wedding on a Saturday afternoon as part of a string quartet. 3 hrs playing will bag £120. I would like to be down the arcade for entertainment in the spare time or playing some poker I'm not doing anything with the wife, often thinking I could make more than that in the first hour, but you can never ever take that magic word 'guaranteed' away from honest graft. I suppose you could look at it as a £25 JP true skill repeating 4 times! That makes it feel better![]()
Confucius say "man who know wombat know more than stupid looking monkey"
Confucius also say "man who know Kebab has 60 inch waist"
Confucius finally add "man may deal, but man may not 'know' deal"
The overall conclusion to this post is, if your prepared to gamble for a living...

You sure they are bumping the jp up to £35 and 50p play?Originally Posted by Nixxy
