A bit of luck on slotto!

Had a dream result on slotto last night,playing one in Cornwall after 3 duff presses,the forth spun in jackpot!
£8 for £500 is not to be sniffed at.
To put it in context,in the past one of these took £750 off me.I felt sick afterwards.I've heard of others putting 2-3 grand in before jackpot.
The one in my local will often go for 100-150,but I or any of the regulars have never seen £500 on this.
I can only assume this one is on 'soft' setting.
The one last night may have been on hard setting and I was just in the right place.
I've had a few wheel/feature £500 wins on barcrests/mazooma's bfm's,but a window full of 7's and wilds is a thrilling sight.

our slotto did the legendary "3" in a row last week £1500 in 3 spins. was mental to watch, couldnt believe it, it also went again 3 days later too for another £500

never heard of that, but stuck 200 in a Barcrest 'RAINBOW RICHES' yesterday, took me down to about 20 quid then 3 Rainbows, got Silver pot for 187, down to 150 and then 3 Leprachauns for cash path, 150! (always a good sign if 3 lepra's pays 60 or more!) so now on 300 ish.

Down to 250 got 4 Wells where u pcik one and random cash amount comes in, 80 quid.

So now up to 330 and mental it went.

Got a combo of wilds and Rainbow riches symbols for 175, now up to 500.

Down to 470 and a few 10-11 pound wins, and then 185 pound Wild and Rainbow riches symbols comes in.

Now over 650, thinking of collecting, a few munters staring in wonderment at my 600 ish bank.

So I decide to play the credits down to 600 and collect, resulting in 400 profit.

On 602 left in bank when 375 Pound combination of wilds and rainbow riches symbols comes in, almost a grand in bank!!!!

Play down to 930 with very little, and collect it in front of staff.

IT PAYS THE WHOLE 930 OUT, A POUND AT A TIME, NOT EVEN EMPTY!!

Then guess what???

"We've only got 500 in notes..blah..blah..."

So I get the 500 in notes, and carry off a cloth bag with 430 coins in it, great as I'm off to meet my mates in pub (it's 8 pm and arcade shuts then.)

Bar manager very happy to get the coins, takes me round back into office and weighs them in a coin machine and gives me notes, I gave here a tenner for a drink.

And England won.

Yes,a guy did a similar run on a cashino in Newquay thursday.I stuck a 20 in,it seemed dead so moved on.Went back a bit later to stick a pound in,then noticed it had been left with 675 in the bank.He said he took 900 out in total.
Luckily a 3 player monkey buisness gave me £200.So that and the slotto win made for a cheap 4 days in Cornwall.
Must say the arcades we went in seemed very good,lots of drinks and snacks,freindly staff,and no problem changing coins to notes.
Oh,apart from one in Bude.Completly empty,uninspiring collection of machines,dark, and miserable old git stareing from change booth.Turned on our heels and walked out!

Having read the advisory messages regarding s16 - and my own 'method' of playing them being completely about luck, before the footy yesterday, I popped into two arcades with the intention of trying my luck - for small stakes on the s16's in there.

First arcade (mad harrys) £4.00 in Elvis, £22.00 out. £4.00 in some jungle themed one, £4.00 out then £4.00 in some card-based one lost.

(working on the basis that if they aren't progressive but random, then I'll try my luck with only two spins).

Next arcade - Casino Amusements - lost £8.00 on two different machines, then put £4.00 in Elvis.

If I told you I took the £500 from the bonus (3 gold discs) you'd probably not believe me - but that's exactly what happened. Got it variefied and was encoraged by the manager (or if he wasn't the manager, the bloke who works there) to 'swap the coins for notes' - he had plenty of notes so took the £500 in £20's!

I've now got to make sure the Mrs doesn't get her paws on it.

I'm done with these machines now. Overall, I'm up - but having been informed that they are completely random. I can see how easy it would be to get sucked in and to lose a fortune.

I'm over the moon with the win.

Yep,I took the £500 off 3 discs on Elvis in a Skegness arcade for a similar amount.Gave me 4 jukeboxes,about £40,then JP.
I've had about 10 £500 wins during the last 5-6 months,but am down genrally.
Have played in Vegas recently and prefer s16's to Vegas slots,also now to lo and hi tech's,which just don't cut it by comparison.If I lose,I leave the things alone until I can safely afford to play again.
The only machines I prefer are the Dutch ones.
They cost eu 0.20 per spin,but you multiply this by x5-x40 for a top game with multi lines.I ALWAYS come out on top on these when I'm over there.Don't ask me why,these too are supposdly random.i

Further to my last on this s16 thread, popped into town to pay my winnings described above into bank today at lunchtime, first chance I'd had since Sarturday, and I popped into same place again.
Changed 40 up, 20 in vegas s16, 20 in Rainbow Riches.
Vegas one built up to 42 and then down to 0, left it.
3rd spin on RR, three rainbows, bronze pot was on 90.10 silver on 150.10 and gold on 413.30.
GOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When playing it I was an arms length from a bloke and his bird who were just about to go on it when I reached and stuck a few coins in, so they stood back and watched in dismay, I could almost feel their thoughts saying "pleeaaase!! not gold!!"
Got the woman attendant to collect it after I'd played it down to 400, got my note and fucked_off!

Seems like everyone is doing ok on theese i dont have a clue how they work! Only played them in the casino in Edinburgh so dont know much about them! Can theese things really be the next awp? Surley not? Jus think if your in a bar and lose say £50 on a shit machine and you well pissed off and want to kick the fuck out of someone

then imagine losing £500 in a bar

Tbh guys i would hate to see theese in my local and would probaly never play them! cheers Matty

For christs sake, do people still not get these? They don't do dead patches like an AWP, and they can't be forced! I bet insiders read posts like this and laugh themsevles silly at how much they make on these.
