Okay. Well i'll leave this thread. It wasnt a blag, a boast or ever an intended slag match.... I dont see anything that ive done wrong.

Frankly, i dont believe that anyone can make a generalisation on the skill and knowledge of a fruit machine player purely based on a forum on the internet. If i'm going to be continually mocked for a trade based post on this forum then theres no reason for me to keep replying....
If thats the case then i'll simply bite my tongue and shut up.

Feels slightly hard done by though, as I only made this post to make a few contacts and exchange some info, and for that im openly insulted.

Yes, there seems to be a group of people very condescending in their attitude, exuding a kind on unfulfilled smugness on here towards newbies.
These persons all have done what you have in the past, and see themselves as having now climbed the ladder to a higher level than people like you.
Don't be put off, by the patronizing replies, there are people here who will help you, once you are more familiar with the posters, you'll know who they are.

Agreed with Rushmore.

Most boards seem to be going through this trend of attacking new posters.
We must remember that first impressions last, so the new posters are not likely to return if they face a barrage of cynicism.

Yes, we've all done it and in some cases it is warranted as some new posters were completely on the blag, but it was a bit harsh with regard to this poster as he did want to continue via pm and didn't just ask for info.

Hey, im a new poster and dont really know anyone on here but from what i have seen there are a few idiots, who think they are better than everyone else because they have just spunked several hundred pound into a fruity. I would be happy to pm with you 'king conspiracy' as i have a few things to share, hopefully in return for some of your info!

I hope this message is ok and doesnt offend any of you 'pro' players that just cant stand newbies, if it does just let me know and i will be happy to discuss it privately instead of being immature and trying to start a slanging match in the public forum!

Sounds like a load of this is slyly directed at me. I was making observations, not judgements on people. As i'm a mod over on FruitChat where King posts more often, i can say he is a genuine guy, not a newb, and not on the blag. In fact it was in reply to the post above mine, so read into that.....as it has obviously been misconstrued by a few.
