I've got a theory that perhaps other players would like to comment on.
Some Party Time/Games sit-down multiplayer machines have got a note changer built in and above this is a light that lets you know when it is accepting notes.
Now this goes out when its getting low on coins (about £50 I reckon).
Since these machines very rarely empty out due to good programming I presume, You're not going to get a big board if its got less than £50 in it, Hence I only play ones with the light on.
What do other players think?
I would take about 500 in notes when i used to play stars and stripes/big top/red white and blue.
Always went the day before refil day.
As soon as it stopped taking notes you could count backwards to figure how much was in it. Think it stopped at 80.
They were my favourite low tech of all time (except for emptiables).
Although we used to IOU them a lot. Big tops were best cos you could get JP off mixed!

Good observation, I have been using this little trick for years on Bx7's that once had a notechanger. The lights still come on when its low even though the notechanger is not useable.Originally Posted by 147lol

No links to anywhere from me mofos!
Yes but knowing how much is actually in there will help to determine how or if at all to play it. If anyone cares to PM me a reliable method to stars and stripes id be greatful. Think its just turn down all features until red streak comes along innit? Dont wanna risk it thugh without knowing the ins and outsOriginally Posted by Chopley Turnip
