    Default Newbie...

    Hi All....

I hope someone can give me some useful tips !!!

In our local pub we have the Pink Panther machine (one with diamonds in the super board that has diff amounts) which seems to be always on the take !!

I have been playing machines for about the last 10 years but only when I go to the pub !!! I know about the 3 and hold things but after reading a few threads I am a little confused !

Whats 'chipped' machines and non chipped ? and whats the difference, and how can I tell on this particular machine ?

And anyhelp on the machine (like when it will be ready to pay / any signs to look out for) etc would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks All !

is this the 5 winline, triple hi-lo pink panther? if it is, id recommend if it seems to be playing well (£4/5 shots early on in the feature) collect nothing and aim to get the bonus from 4 on the reels. Keep collecting nothing and gettin bonuses until it offers superskillstop (sss). The cash stack will light up and if you hit it right u can get mega streak EASY...but don't. Stop it on a low amount and kill ur self on the board as soon as possible (by gambling stupidly like higher than 11 etc.). Do this a few times (id say bout 3) and THEN play to get a regular feature entry (ie not off the bonus, just a win or adding the numbers up) and keep playin normally until you get mega streak (it SHOULD give it soon). THEN after the mega streak, play to get a 4bonus again, sss SHOULD be given again and u can stop it on mega streak again for the second streak. Then play for "afters" (ie next few boards, take features for another £4-8 ). Should come out on top, unless there is a new chip for this that i dont know about. This method is called the "superskillstop method" and works on *most* machines of this type. I cudnt tell you the exceptions but basically the reason it doesnt work on some is that sss doesnt come back after the first mega streak so its best to take the first sss.

Basically an unchipped machine is a machine that has the original software in it. a chipped machine is one that has got an update installed, either to fix any major/minor bugs or change the way the machine plays.

I think all this is right but please any regulars correct me if im wrong.

Welcome to the forum and good luck!
