Perhaps a bit harsh, but generally badmouthing FC and saying unfavourable things about Mike don't really help.
I fully understand why he has the ads on there....it's a busy site. He gets no financial gain from anything but those ads, and as far as i know makes a fair sized loss because of its size & traffic snowballing to what it has now. It's only a couple of banners besides, hardly a massive problem.

Well, i guess as you hate FC so much you'll be glad to have your hands washed of the place.
If you're on a 40k salary i'm sure its the least of your worries. If you'd like to go back for some reason, i guess you could either:

a) Apologise?
b) Sneak round the ban.....

I knew I would get banned by some wannabe pro for saying how it is.
it's not something i would lose sleep over.. children mods are so triggerhappy with the ban button. Mature mods tend to delete the offending message, or/and pm the user and discuss the incident.

I do seem to recall the owner of fruitchat inviting me back some months ago. I do think that he should have banned me personally if there was a problem with anything I said.. and I emailed him anyway. due process eh.

I just thought I'd let the folk on here know what "silly people" there are on that site. anyone who reads that thread will no doubt agree.

Oh and don't lose worry - I removed all reference to fchat from ukg's Main page. It took great strength to prevent me saying what I really think about the site and some of its users.

Saying how what is sorry? Just seems like a load of double standards to me half the time. I'm not really buying your giving FC bad press because of money, it clearly runs to more than that, or you wouldn't make so much of it.

I'm a user of both here and FC. Although i've been a member here 3 months more than over at FC, ive made roughly 3x more posts there (235 vs 861).
I like both sites, its just i feel there is more community over there these days. A lot of the bigger hitters on here tend to post a lot less nowadays [maybe its a sign of the times....] so i've not posted so much. Certainly a less favourable playing market these days.

I did them the goodwill of advertising their site, and giving it an ok review.
some little pratts took the use of the words "amateur fruit-machine site" personally and started giving me shit. then he [cheese] starts ranting on about being a pro slot machine player.

I mean give me a break. how the heck was that relevant? the site is hardly full of pro's judging from the private section (LMFAO!!!!) and the main forum.

The reason their site is below other sites is because I promote the poker programmes on some of the sites (I don't shove them down my punters' throats by changing their mentions of the words poker and gambling to links to my crappy affil programmes).

and yes, fchat had a bad name for awhile.. I pointed that out in my message too. big deal - it's true. and we know why (knob ends like "mr-cheese" who have been on the scene 10 mins and are mods... and our pal "Nudges" the spammer who was posting stuff from your members section to all and sundry..did I forget to mention our freeroll pal fader? )

anyway I don't give a feck. I was just on there to punt my site a bit, and post a few wee messages as you do when you're bored.

The only reason (i do wonder sometimes) i keep replying to these is to try and fight the corner so to speak. I'm not a mod, and some replies over there are slightly strong from some members, for sure. I just try and keep it civil and show that *shock* there are a hell of a lot of decent people there, contrary to the belief of some.

I'll assure you mr cheese is a very good player Alex. You've only got my word on it, but take it from me. There is also more to the site than the things you've listed, so smirk and poke fun you may, don't take everything at face value.

I think i should stop replying to all of threads these too....people are going to start wondering after a while eh The last thing i want to be labelled is a stalker
