    Default Train station machines

Are the machine you see at train stations worth playin for any kind of profit?
I was at london bridge today and on my platform there was a bling bling (red)and a fantaztec or sumin like that. i had a quick go on the bling bling but as i only had £4 on me i could'nt try much. although i did double my money which was something.

Anyone play machines in places like this?

this is a true fact that not many people know, the 2 machines on platform 4 and the 2 in the snack bar place on the main concourse earn more money per year than the rest of london bridge station put together!!

platform 4 was where i was. thats quite mad really to think that they earn that much.

so worth playing i take it? As i gues people waiting for trains dont have time to play for long, if going to work i guess any way.

I play station ones a bit when im travelling.

Here in York there is a Most Daunting, Juggling Jackpots and Cobra Cabana at the moment. In Peterborough i usually have a go on Jackpot Genie, and sometimes Back to the Features just to see if it's playing.

I've managed to make a good £70 odd on one journey home....but as i have luggage, i don't carry many coins. Getting change is a pain too, so i often leave it. Used to play when i got home in Cambridge (SKR) until they got an I'm a Celebrity put in! Nightmare!

Always worth a pop though, i see many people chucking £2/£3 in. Best way of nicking in!

I did very nicely out of machines in train stations, years ago.

Although they are usually set to the absolute minimum 70% payout, they are great if you have an emptier - no one takes any notice.Maybe not so great now, I don't know.

Back in the days when all ACE machines in BR stations could be emptied I did a London route starting at London Bridge then onto Waterloo, King's Cross,Euston,Paddington etc and then off to the outskirts - from Watford and right round to Croydon, Slough, Gravesend and all points in between.

I haven't played in a train station for at least 5 years (mainly 'cos I no longer use trains) but I expect there are rich pickings still to be made if you have a secure method.

I pretty much gave up on playing stations during the JPM era - JPMs on 70% were hopeless (unless you had an emptier like Wild West ).

very good to play but, there are a lot of players that do the stations only, they do get filled quick but u will find there is always watching u, i prefer the bars right next to the station, seem to be a lot happier

The pub in Kings Cross is pretty useful for fruities. Rocket money + Crown jewels last time I was there a few weeks back
