Hi all i play alot of magic 10's and bar 7's you know stand up's and sit down's,, i always wanted to know why and what does it mean when the credit display flash's PP every no and then when playing, sometimes i notice a win after and sometimes not.. i would really like to know as it just something that's bugging me, people who play these machines will know exactly what im talking about???
thanks all,
To be honest, this has only ever happened to me on one particular bx7. It never seems to happen on any others and hence I think its some sort of fault. It does not affect payout, if you are getting a win after this happening then it's because it was due to pay a win anyway. The particular bx7 in question also likes to wipe out the bank when spinning on autoplay, but once the credits have run out, it pays out fine.

Turn it off and back on and it does it again after the next credit. Only a RAM clear will make this error go away - annoying if you're £70 into it at the time!Originally Posted by robwillis69

Great machines theese magic's, just play if full and it can take £100 to streak or £10 but when they streak boy do you know about it.
i mean I had it bar win £15 hold then bar win next credit, then loads of spinned in wins![]()
Although I have since played a £140 to get a flat £50 (JP hold)

Theres literally 100's here, id love to know how to play em without losing a fortune![]()
To be honest i would stay away unless you know the immediate history. But, the problem is people who DO play them (middle aged women mostly) stay on them until they get some sort of large return regardless of how much it costs them.
There are signs of deadness i think (not just no wins coming in lol but by the reel play) but i don't know what they are. Maybe someone can help you with this.
I sometimes (very occasionaly) get stuck into one and see what happens, usualy get most of my money back ie. 80 in for 70 ish out. Have had it give a win from the off when i was just gunna put 2 quid in. It then proceeded to roll giving Xs and bars within 5 quid everytime.
Never been hurt badly on these but maybe cos ive only played them a handful of times.
Have heard horror stories of 150 in for first win no roll. Then another 200 ish for the 100/150 roll.
If you get the sevens by a hold and it holds, bang another 10 in. My mates had this 3 times and 3 times its span in the 7s. Twice it span them 3 times and once it span them 2 times.
Again, i wouldnt get excited about being able to make regular money out of them, they are very dangerous.

I've got one sitdown magic7 near me with exactly the same 'pp' message periodically flashing up. Means nowt as to how it plays. It also tends to wipe out the win bank display but only on autoplay and again it means nowt, the bank always reappears when the credits run out.
As Discostu said, the problem with these machines is who plays them and HOW they play them. Women will sit on these all day long until they get a decent run or run out of cash. What you really have to watch out for is the ones that just keep recycling their cash again and again. When they finally run out of lolly, you automatically shark straight on the machine - the coins are going straight down the back, it's day seven of a weekly fillup cycle in the arcade and you think you're all set up..........
The machine then proceeds to Butt F**k you for £ 100+ in no time. You end up putting £150 in to get £90ish out. WTF...........
What you have to consider when watching people playing these machines is just how quick they eat money. The machine could be set at 88% payout and be consistently paying it out exactly in bits and pieces all day and quite quickly be backing with the 12% it's taking. Therefore the machine is no nearer to saving up for a decent streak when you go on it than before the deary who's been on it half the day proceeded to lose £ 200.
They really are machines to either try a few quid in for a quick profit or you need to be very regular in an arcade and in with the staff to give you a real chance of second guessing where the machine is at
they are good machines in the arcade near me some have the program in where they do there empty always bank for 80 quid and all cash in hopper,, good program its go off first quid if reals are silent you get a win nudge every spin until the machine is banked and needs to be refilled once machined opened the streak is then killed keep your eye out for silent reels also first real goes quite another type of streak on them win every 3 quid another empty and bank of 80,,
