Best way I have found (probably because of it's location) is to recycle your wins. I have found that with most reds with this kind of profile, when they are paying, they will pay for a long time. Managed to walk away 46 up yesterday without any win over 15.

Then moved on to VIU next to it and managed to squeeze 2 pars out of it - BONUS!

Can't remember exactly what number runner is but stop n step will spin in a win and then it steps down to the next win until you land on 'stop' - not sure about it on this machine but on barrests holy grail it can vary from 7ish right through to 25 when it's happy. Stop n Step is better than number runner from what i remember.

PAR is explained in so many places on this forum and others. Basically when the mc is dead, play for a red board with a jp above the winline. Then take Pick a Reel hot and it will be a guaranteed jp unless chipped.

    Default number runner

number runner is simple on this mate just make sure your ready for it
make sure u keep your fingers on the reels that have no numbers on, then hold them down u will see nothings moving, then release one button let it move down one spot then hold again, dont hold it on a number as this will put u on the board, u can let a numbers go past as it adds to the trial,
u will be on a 4 as thats how u get number runner, u can let a 3 go past as the trail will go to 7, but if u let another number go onto the win line u will be on the board, try and go for blue sevens, u will usually be able to hold 1 or 2 of the blue sevens on the win line and then a number with a blue just above it, BE CARFUL not to to have mystery wins and mixed sevens on the win when doing this, very tricky to do but with practice very effective
