Does anyone out there remember an old quiz machine called Inquizater (might be spelt Inquizator). It was around from 1990 for a few years. It was the old style machine with A,B or C buttons down the side. It had a multi-coloured grid system which you had to work your way along. The categories were People and places (brown), Geography (blue), Science and nature (green), Entertainment (pink), General knowledge (yellow), Literature (brown), Sport (orange) and there was also a History category as well. You could move along 1,2 or 3 spaces depending on which category you went for. The jackpot was £20.00 and it was either a Maygay or Barcrest machine. If anyone does remember it any ideas where I can get a second hand one from. Thanks.
I dont remember an Inquizater, however I do remember a London Underground £20 Jackpot by Maygay which sounds almost identical, 3 different coloured tracks moving a couple of spaces for each Q answered with the A B C buttons down the right hand side. not seen it for many a moon now though. The Questions seemed to be easier than the ones they have nowadays too
