As a follow up, the auction is entitled "The Nic Costa Collection of Amusement machines" and is on at Christies South Kensington, London on Thursday 19 January 06.

The sale comprises of 149 lots, from Mutoscopes to 1930s One-armed Bandits, including some rare Mills Company versions.
The sale number is 4107 which can be accessed from the main Christies website - to brose the catalogue on-line from around this Wednesday, or drop in to buy the paperback catalogue from the front desk.

Estimates are from £100 - 5,000 - something for everyone perhaps?!

There are some surprises in the sale - some machines are unique - only survives or under 5 or so remaining on this earth - viewing for this sale is from Saturday 14th from 10 am - 4 pm, so even if you do not buy, please come to meet me and play as long as you like for free - We have just over 100 weight of old pre-decimal coinage to use one way or another(!).
