    Default damn refils :-o

well... was passing the bookies yesterday with only a quid on me so decided what the hell, might as well kill some time and stick a quick bet on a horse, got it at 5-1, then £2 on a 9-2 got it as well, done 1 which lost then another £1 on a 4-1 got it too so i decided to head into town to do my usual run (doesnt require much to start since theres a lucky strike thats full and buzzed every 2 days). just took about £60 out of this throgh a Strike it rich from £2 in and 2 steals followed. Onto bully for a quick DM, then fantaztec for a red fantaztec 1st £ followed by another £3 later. Forced a backing king kerching for 2 sets of crazy reels inside £20 . at this stage i was around £130 up.

THEN i moved on to a bowling alley which to my delight had just replaced there hulk, hells bells, cool jewels i.e shit machines with a few decent 1's SRM, thats magic (by red), trick shot (maybe ) and an old extreme hi locomotion or something .

Anyway I proceeded to force a backing and super streak happy SRM which took £50 for a flat £25 SRM feature with no afters. £25 down. I moved onto hi locomotive offering £4 from the off only to quickly find myself £100 in and playing DEAD . I was now on my last £2 due to buying drinks etc and out of nowhere came a win streak top feature which went for £35 and back to dead....well what can ya do .after the SRM episode i should have noticed that all the new mc's were 'mysteriously' backing and i normally would have checked but by this stage i was pissed. Then to top it all off i left my wallet and fags in a local bar shit happens

Should of kept your £130.00 and did the Fantaztec method!
Could've taken some time but good profit.

Also, bowling alleys i've been in are notorious for refills. One here has Hi/Lowatha, Royle Fam, Austin Powers, Italian Job 2, Codfather, Pie Factory, Six Shooter, and others - all refilled constantly. Cheaply, bought 'updated' machines...gash...

To add...Shark Raving Mad usually does the flat £25 streak and boards are costlier. Better to take a quick JP & afters, or try another method and playing for 'frees'.

Yeah, I've found going for jp forst can be more profitable on SRM, as the top streak rarely goes over £35 (or £30 to be more realistic)and often kills the machine.

But Darren, if you could pick 3 reasonably good priced horses to win out of 4, why not stick £10's or even £20's on them instead of putting £100 in a bandit lol! Doing £20 stakes you would have been up by £250!!

    Default SRM et al

If the jp is offered well inside the 25 boundary, take it, as the srm streak will cost as much as you put in to get it!. Better to be 8-10 up than even!!

i normally do play in this way, although the jp would have cost £40 so it was too late someone forced after me and got the £42 from it though .

Regarding the horses i think i may start to increase my stakes, i normally just bet on 2nd or 3rd fav if decently priced which normally sees me fairly well. I was thinking this was just luck and to a certain extent it is as there are often 2 or 3 joint for 2nd fav and for me its just luck whether or not i pick the right one as i dont wtudy or nothing, at least not yet anyway

the way to win on the horses is to only play on the Virtual in the Corbetts, the 20/1 and 16/1s fly in i am yet to see the favourite or below a 5/1?

yeah i gotta say, when a portman park or some other virtual race comes on big prices win all the time, the problem is though picking the right one sometimes 66-1's even come in

Trust me this is not the case.

It is a simple system. The result is drawn at random similar to the lottery.

E.G Say there was a 5 runner race with an Ev money fav and a 20/1 outsider the draw machine would have the following balls in it:

    30 balls for the favourite
8 balls for the second fav
    .
    .
    .
1 ball for the 20/1 outsider.

Therefore the chances of the favourite being drawn in first place are high and the chances of the 20/1 outsider being drawn in the top 2 is very slim.

Darren, backing 'all' 2nd or 3rd favs would return a big loss but if you can pick out the winners then good on you!
