It is my understanding that the outcome of each bet is completely random. The outcome of the current bet is completely independent of the outcome of a previous bet. Sure, the machine has a pay-out ratio, but this is calculated over ten years - so forcing may work if you stick at it for ten years. Otherwise, the notion of forcing the machine to pay out is a complete illusion.
