Is the Barcrest called Megazone or something Axe- if so, don't force it- they aren't progressive machines even though they are made by Barcrest. They can offer you £10 wins then go dead for another £30- leave 'em aloneOriginally Posted by bazeroon

Wildside is a favourite of mine, not most peoples cup of tea though. Not many about though. The one in my local bookies dissapeared a while back, however there's one thats just appeared in my local hogshead.
As you probably know, getting on the top board is where you will make money. Well worth going hi/lo, even if on a dodgy number - 4/9 ie.
Seven steppa or whatever its called is always a tempter, (usually one real isn't totally in view, which leads to you gabling on it and it being mixed sevens)
As with alot of globals, hidden features are good to take. Look out for them on your reel blasts. If a blast hits a box/cherry, ie, it will step to the nearest, so take note.
Cash amounts rarely repeat
Yeah mate, Mega Zone is one of the worst hi lo machines I have ever come across- you just can't force it with any certainty.Originally Posted by bazeroon
I think you can, but not just going for a straight force for JP/Mega Streak. And most of the time Mega Streak on Mega Zone/Horn of Pleanty/other clones will just go for the straight £25.
When I've just straight forced this it usually does an INVINCIBLE!!! and lights up like Blackpool illuminations (very subtle). I wonder if you kill this off by taking some crap win like cherries from blasts whether forcing on pays dividends. I may give it a try sometime if I've got a buzzing machine and time on my hands.
Crap machine for the 'crest force crew in general. If it's offering the 7x7 feature though it shouldn't be long before it offers JP usually off an IM. Bit of profit to be made taking decent features if it's happy?
Talking of Megazone, a mate pumped around 90 in trying to force it last week, nearest he got was 10 on shots, 8 was only offered once, he left, I preceeded with 20 quid, lost 15, decided with my last fiver I was willing to spend to take a streak (£5) next board 6 quid repeater - repeated 5 times - 41 quid in bank, next super streak for 15, then little bits and bobs, no IM no JP but on the good side I think I made around 65 in the end - no dead boards what so ever, but when the boards started costing 5 each I left it.
