surely someone has got the emulators on their comp!! come on people! help me out!!![]()
They probably dont work because u r not following the instructions given when installing them, extracting them etc. Granted, some of them off Fruit-emu do not work, which is a pain, but most of them seem alright.

What you're actually playing on the emulator is the fucking awful MPU4 Global game "Bangin' Away" - this is a rip off the PCB game format, hence it was possible to make a layout for the emulator that looked like PCB, but used completely different ROMs and played completely different.
Fruit Forums, (URL in my sig), is a fruit machine and fruit machine emulation forum (first on the web, fact fans), so feel free to ask any questions over there.

Fruit-emu is probably the best resource for fruity emulation, though the forums are too busy with newbies and nitwits for my liking.
The confusedly similar sounding fruitemu (AKA the mecca) probably has the highest concentration of fruit emulation experts on it. I haven't posted there for a long time, but most of the regulars there really know their stuff.
Fruitforums (I hope Chopley won't mind me saying)used to be *the* place for fruit emulation chat, but it's lost a lot of the founding members over the years, mainly due to numerous vicious arguments about the rights and wrongs of releasing current Impact machines, and is now mostly off-topic chat and random silliness.
Well up until about a month ago, I'd have agreed with you entirely, but over the last few weeks there's been a bit of a change in the air and we've had a few good old-fashioned fruity and fruity emulation chats on the go as well.Originally Posted by Slotterman

The arguments we had in the past were indeed quite vicious, although there seems to have been something of a "let the past go" attitude of late, which is a good thing.
Fruit-emu is a fantastic resource for downloading from, the forums are somewhat populated by kiddies and noobs, but still a friendly enough place.
Fruitemu (The Mecca) isn't posted to that much, but visited by pretty much all the hardcore fruity/fruity emulation crowd and is as close to a 100% on-topic forum you'll ever get. The crowd there are indeed fantastically knowledgeable, albeit with a bias very much towards older techs and machines, and the real fruity chat is in that area as well.
Start talking about MPU5 or Epoch machines at The Mecca and the old fogies will beat you up with their pipes and slippers(They're great forums though, I visit daily and post when there's something to post about.)
