Reboot during game

Just wondering what the law or code of pratice or what I should expect from the owners of the Fruit Machine.

The story is I was playing one of these new £500 pounds fruit machines and during the big price game the machine rebooted and ended the game.

What do you think I should get in compersation.

1) What I lost in that sitting.
2) The Jackpot
3) Nothing.
4) Something else.

If nothing is banked im sorry but you dont get jack
When rebooted you will only get what is shown in the bank

Or like on the note acceptors I have put a £20 note in the machine has alarmed and rebooted and no credits are shown. I was fortunate enough that when they checked the money in to money out it was £20 over so I got it back

I have also had a machine reboot after hitting the yes on a £25 jp but didn't get anything for it. It always helps to know the staff where you play incase such incidents do arise

I guess I get nothing, but may get something as a regual and staff saw it happen, so I see what they say tomorrow.

it would be reasonable if they gave u the minimum possible win off the top board or feature game or whatever - if witnessed by staff.

anymore is just too generous to these fuckers.

if the machine has rest on feature then the machine will know that it has not paid out a win of that feature so as long as it is not a random percentage machine it will still think it has to pay out if it was going to before reset.

Depends really, in what way you was playing the machine etc. as each machine has a different profile/programme.

I once went for my usual method of gaining 5 jp's off Cash Attack, when half way through the 3rd hidden IM I got Tamper Alarm go off :/ Had to unplug and back on (luckily I know the owner, but I wasn't doing anything to the machine) it just went off. Upon restarting, I didn't see a JP within £30 and left £4 down instead of £75+ up
