My last 2 sessions have seen me throw away all my hard work on a Crash bang wallop machine, and i am really pissed off.
My "session" starts at a small family run arcade, It only has a few £25jps, of which only one i play - a monopoly. Always play it fairly tight, collecting £3 if on a ? . Anyway, wasn't getting much out of it until I collected fast cash, and fluked £20, left the machine alone and was quite happy
Spent another hour in the arcade on the £5 jp's (mostly old classics like pink panther, deluxe monopoly, italian job, and smokin biker). Left the arcade about £15 up. Fair enough i think.
I then go to the next arcade "the pier", and again play tight, in the process taking JP on a beaver las vegas, some nice wins on superhold on cannonball run, however lost a fair bit on some dodgy empire monkey climbing machine. Left here around £20 up for the day.
My last port of call is a bar with about 5 good £25jp's. I invest about a fiver in each, and they all appear bone dry, so i buy a pint, thinking i will be leaving for home even, slightly dissapointed, but better than losing.
This is when it went wrong. My change from my pint (about £2) was invested in a "crash" "bang" "wallop", got on the gamble ladder starting at £4 with lemons, I then gamble this too £20 somehow. I could have exchanged but i gamble again, and lose the gamble, on the board and get dicked.
My "tight" mentality has now gone out of the window and i am 100% after mega streak. I costs me £70 to get it, and i get £38 + some afters, leaving me about £30 down for the day. Well annoyed. Its happened to me on this machine before. Seems bloody tough to get mega streak, and it cost me!!
£70 for the mega streak? Let you turbo up to £20?
You did something seriously wrong.
We all play for profit mate, even if I get £7 from a pound on a non-backing mc I'll walk 3 pints upOriginally Posted by John Holmes' Stunt C**K

Dont get angry with yourself over losing £30. I chucked a whole £100 in a sidesplitter (backing) other day, supermeter kept offering about £18-24 but nothing special. After £100 in, wife rang me up kicking off coz I was meant to be going hospital with her, bad loss I know. But if you have other machines that you know of, just stick to them, the profit in the long run CAN*** be a good one.

This happened 2 me earlier - a new global gave 3rd hold on red 7's, gr8 I thought - 5 spin board got me to 15 quid, now knowing its a global and I shouldnt force and I was only 3 in, I pushed it - another 35 in got 50 out and that was very very lucky!!! Quick nicks are good in arcades, I usually start my day in arcades and turn 10 into 50 then try pubs.
