Seems mpu5 is uncrackable and as far as experts and the manus are concerened the aglorithym is unseedable, if this is the case will mpu5 remain around forever?
I mean its like KitKats, you can't 'copy' a KitKit wrapper, but they brought the alternative of the 'KitKat Chunky' out.
Not only regarding the gpu, but the technologies too?
Will club machines be completely different in 10-15 years time? Will AWP's still be the same 'board' type? If you worked for a manu what would your ideas be? I mean back in the mpu3 days, when you reached the end of the board you hit the JP, now you can go around the feature board for 16 hours if you wanted too?
Juts want your opinions on how mcs will evolve in the next century.
Will BFM EVER turn their technologies around and improve overall gameplay, layouts and streaks?
Will Barcrest keep the same style of play as they always have done with their infamous let em spins and their 'easy-to-read' mcs when backing?
My other question is, Backing... it drops through thats the main sign of the hopper being full, think there would ever be a time when they come out with silent-backing? So you wouldn't be able to hear the coins drop, hence you not knowing the current state of the mc unless your keying?
Just want some opinions on the matter, plus a1 hasn't posted for a while, would be interested in his opinion as I highly regard his outtake on posts similar to this.

It's been said many times on here that manufacturers are targeting casuals more so these days then ever and trying to make it v.difficult for the pros to make as much as a past gone era, anti-force, false backing, tougher to read mc's, random streaks (BFM).
In realtion to BFM, why would they want to change their overall gameplay(BFM) if it is making them money and keeping the casual player happy, £2/3 in, £2/3 out??
Locally, I have never seen such an influx of one manufacturers machines as I have with BFM in the last few years, so why would they stop this? obviously someone is playing these and this will keep both the manufacturer and the owner happy
In relation to multiplayers, we've seen them go from a simple set of top reels to 40" plasma screens (party games), whatever is next. As long as it keeps the gamer interested then the manufacturers will have achieved their goal.
A silent hopper? Hmmm, I could actually see it happening. Do u not think its harder to tell when a partytime is full in comparison to a standard single machine? It can still b heard but its not like any other machine where when a coin falls its easily recognisable. This could evolve such that it will get harder and harder to tell until it became practically impossible.
How this for an idea, could u ever see a maufacturer having a cash point build into a machine so you could just stick your bank card in, type in your pin and away u go...
Arcade owners are always trying to make it easier for u to access your cash via portable cash points, cash back facilities etc. I could actually see this happening as some point. Say u hit a tasty streak for £90, this would then get paid into your bank account and come up on your statement. ha ha
To be honest, the evolution of gaming has to many ways to go, we'll just need to wait and see.

u ever played on any of these? I'm assuming not but thought I'd ask anyway. We talking about club type machines or just your run of the mill £25JP/25p?

Can get very expensive on a 12-15 hour flight though !!!!![]()

Sounds interesting, and yes it could prove to b very expensive. U think this will move on a level and become deployed in pubs/clubs/arcades, not virtual screen type but actual AWP's as most of us know them?
If so, the days of taking 'floats' could b over, a simple piece of plastic would b all thats required. Would b a bit of a bummer if it swallowed or chewed your card!
Also, if someone knew an emptier and was playing via a cash/debit card then the mangers/owners etc could trace bk to this person, that would mean emptier would b virtually worthless as they would b picked up on almost instantly.
On the other hand, it's been know for fraudsters to nail cash points, it could b possible on these 'future' machines.

Not only that, the government (we know what they're like) might start thinking about how youngsters are playing the mcs and blitzing money, and may come out with a law of 'note' only machines? Just a thought as ya never know what the future holds...
