    Default £5 machines

I played these in a local arcade for the first time yesterday- £3 in and got two £5's on the top feature on Beaver Las Vegas!

Can I just ask, how much do these type of machines streak for- I know they play exactly the same but is their any point in playing them to gain a profit? Is it possible? I know I got £10 off one win but they may have been a bit of a fluke...

I've had a £5 Snake Rattle n Roll give Jackpot which repeated 9 times before!

I tend not to play them though, they can cost JP for a board sometimes!

Some do play differently tho, take happy fruits for example. Even though its a bellfruit, the force was quite easy on this when it was a £25 JP. Get JP, then 2 red boards to follow. Now as a 10p £5 JP this thing had been known to take £12 a board and nail u on first gamble. And throw into the bargain that it doesn't ever go red anymore. Waste of a decent machine! Also, 90% of boards on 10p version is a JP, which obviously wasn't the case on the £25 JP. Another one that springs to mined, Austin Powers, a wasted machine as a 10p £5 JP.

jjh: we had a £5 beaver that paid double on cash wins. ie. 1.50 was £3.

the £3 win showed as £6 on the alpha, but only paid a fiver as that was pot.

interestingly, the £4 win was shown as £15, but piad a fiver as well.

    taking hiddens killed the machine.

try it to see if it was a common fault.

I don't really go the arcades too much but I'll check it out next time. Although I'm sure this was giving me the correct amount- once I got to the top feature I thought I was gonna get a few £5 wins but it only gave me 2 shots on the feature- £10! Not bad though for £3 .
