Anyone played this machine- put £30 into it tonight in a pub and it gave £50 off 'high notes'...
Apparently, the top feature of high notes goes for £50 everytime, even if it is red or just normal- it always gives £50- anyone know if this is true?
Not true I'm afraid!

Not true, tope features plays the same as other extremes. Try forcing one that's still offering £10 at the end of a streak.......guarantee it'll only go for £25!
I was lucky then, although this particular machine always seems to give a £50 win on high notes.Originally Posted by MattB

I would say Vivid's are the best for forcing tbh, but then again I only play a selection of machines now, I dont really take note on any others until I need to.
Btw matt, thanks for the tip on SS. Tried it and worked, it worked a few times consecutively actually, so walked away with £18 profit nice one![]()

Many of the extremes will go for £50 as you say jjh, but if you catch one at the end of a streak or after a streak like i said, you will only get £25 with little or no afters.
Super pool i think is the most reliable for this, but i have had 3 sets of chests in a row on jolly roger (£50, £25, £25) as well as some decent afters. This will only happen once every 'x' amount of streaks, and i haven't quite sussed the pattern out yet.
I think '25' by extreme is a bit worse, and from all accounts doctors and nurses isn't that great either.
Matt
25 played the same as noterunner, jabts, bank raid et al when first released. i think they soon realised everyone just forced for the streak and tightened the profile a little. the machine is quite old now, so chances are you are playing the tighter one, if you are playing one.
you are living proof that god has a sense of humour.
Yes the software was updated in early 2004 to prevent the force.
Although still forceable they can now cost £70+ even when showing £10 first board which wasn't the case with the old profile.
Would be interested in your reasons for preferring to force Vivids.
In my opinion all post 2002 Vivids with the exception of Honey Money of course have prooved very poor indeed.
No real streak profile to any of them and they can cost a fortune on occasions just for £25.

Cheers guys. Only ever forced 1 '25' and it cost me £45 for the £50 streak, even when it offered £8+ on the first board.
It was in a wetherspoons, and the machines in the 2 in York have a big cycle, chaning pretty often. Not come across one since then either, sounds like it's just as well!
As for Vivid's....no real great profits in them now really i find. All pretty flat and boring (back to the features? zzzzz).....maybe with the exception of hi-lo karate which can be tasty sometimes.
Matt
Always interested in my preferences ey a1?
Probably due to the way I play, I only focus on a few machines which are supplied from a 'not so quick off the mark for rechips' dealer. I play only a small selection and always have really from Lockbuster, Looney Juice etc.Originally Posted by DannyC

I'm sorry to feel asif you think my posts are uninformative a1 if this is the case, I'm only expressing my opinion through the potential mc's i have around here. The thing about where I play is all the machines ARE post 2002, and I know how to play them. Maybe when I move I can find the machines you lot play most regular![]()
