Went out to one of my Locals lastnight with the lady, completly skint, so i borrowed some money of her, until i got paid (on friday) ;she abit of a fruity lover too, so she got me £40 in £1 coins from where she works beforehand. Anyway go to the "Bully for you"... stick about £5 in and its dropping,
"wikkid i think, i got a profit coming"-
still..offers jackpot on £30,- now £45 is ALL my gf had and i didnt have a penny- but for some reason i risk the jackpot on a ?, hoping the top feature was near,-Lose! - get down to £40 In.. and still no win,and its started to die on me - i was like WTF is going on... anyway my gf getting all worried cause we only been in this pub about 20 minutes, and she only got £5 left on her for a drink, and no money for tomorrow (being today), so im starting to get abit worried meself for her lol. She goes to the bar and ask's for 5 one pound coins, and them stupid fuckwits make out "they havent got" five one pound coins, blimey how DO they have business... so she asks for a drink then, manager comes round the corner with a bag ful of £1 coins lol - so no getting out of it, she gets five ones, and comes back... I stick four in and ON my last pound i swear to god i get JP i could not fkin believe it then got two £15 wins to cover what id put in- how lucky was that...
anyway to cut a long story short, who has ever got down to there last 20p or something to luckily win
fader![]()
Higher then 2 ahh 1..damn
me! but not just on a few occasions, when i go out with the missus she doesn't like me going on the fruitties empty handed, so i'll get something like 20-30 for an awp, she thinks i'm just having a few quid (she thinks I gain a profit from a few quid too :/) but on Club Lockbuster i play alot and some nights when I'm out socially I dont have the funds to play.
But many a time, I've been down to LAST 10p from a pound in credit and it spun in 3 cherries, exhange for board try and grab about 15 back then walk.
If i go out with pool team to play pool I take about 25 quid out with me, one day a saw some mush pump about 30 quid into Sting King Rich and he won about 3 pound and left, so I decide hmmm 20 quid on me lets go on. Put 5 pound straight in, not even board. So changed another ten, put me on board few times but nothing kept killing me on hi/lo with kings off queens pffff. So another tenna, nothing down to last fiver max win was £5. No money left, been in pub about 45 mins :/ lent a 2 pound coin off my mate "all he had" omfg, what do you know Red Sting King Rich feature took it and got £25. Afterplay about £10. So went out with 25 off with 35 all that sweat and terror for a tenna up :/
Now I only play certain machines, certain places, at certain times also when I have the funds to do it too![]()

Sometimes I wonder whether it is worth it lol
It is even worse when you have the money but the place does not have any change and you have to leave the machine having lost £20, and after £20 in without collecting, some git is guaranteed to get a £10 to £15 win off the first board and run![]()
This is why you should stay off them until you find machines that are worth profiting from when you 'know' a thing or two about them, and take your time. The way to learn is, if you end up in a pub in London or somewhere random, DONT just go on the bandit because its there, UNLESS you know tricks/methods or whatever on the machine.
I just stick to 5-6 machines on a weekly basis, I play each a certain day of the week and its proving profitable. Other than that, I dont bother, maybe just £2 but its having the sense to walk away afterwards. If its a machine you dont know, stick 2 or 3 quid in if it offers a tenna take it and leave. Because you dont know who plays around that area, how the machine plays or anything, and avoid bellfruits, the good graphics and gameplay can tempt you for another £1 and another...

ahh well

Beware of expecting the top feature straight after the JP is offered. 'crests are pretty notorious for this in my view!
I've had to knock 7x£25 back on a GGG before i got mega streak before. Ok it kicked out a massive £75+ streak doing it, but don't go forcing machines with only £40 on you.
It's so risky, especially if the top streak is being blocked like a bastard for a bigger payout later on.
Matt
wow Matt that sucks dude, but exactly my point!

I know what you mean, I'm thinking of buying Lord of the Rings by Barcrest to put in my garage- it is great to play but not so good to win on- better off in my houseOriginally Posted by DannyC
I think the two towers one was only £325 off some site, with free delivery so it's worth it- I've probaly lost more than that in the same machine in the local over the years it was out!
As Matt has said and i'm sure i've pointed out before that it is rather foolish to go for the force without at least a £75 float, I personally take £125, just incase.
