Anyone seen the new 'gimmick' Bfm ?
The one with the old fairground style flick the ball round the metal spiral and land it in a slot jobby ?
A nice change for fun.

Powerball - good fun, just don't try and force it for the JPR!!!!!!!! Had one offering normal cash JP after £20. took over a ton to get red JP with every board in between giving normal JP.
Gotta admit for a Bell Fruit, I quite like this Powerball.
Yes it has all the usual profiles and characteristics of your usual Bfm, usual £3 features and the like, but the powerball feature with the spinning ball idea does open up the small possiblilty of making the machine pay over what would be a solid block.
Example....the powerball feature opens much the same as a superboard on any other BFM, if you can skill stop your way to some decent cash/features before taking it then a few 'lucky spins' can have you dropping that ball in boost/add cash/add features and taking it over the bar for that feature. The spinner is designed not to award you great stuff over a load of tries, you will 'miss' given time or hit the mystery in the middle slot which will boot you off the board, then it's sure fire ? or game over next press, particularly if you are 'over' the features value.
Slot no.1 gives you "streak no.1" (anybody had streak no.2--??) This isn't bad--around £8-£!2 sometimes £5 if unlucky and £15 if lucky but really acts as a % leveller. Never seen it streak in the proper sense of the word.
I think there is a rechip out on the ball...some units have a very light ball that takes ages to drop into lose hole if you miss the top slots. Lol, nothing can escape a rechip.
Nice machine, I like it. Downside is the amount it can take between features if you nick something...seems to do a lot more £6 in then feature drops in than it's cousins.

Isn't this the one with the pinball type plunger?

KG, you could always mark the plunger after a few tests to narrow the results somewhat
