I thought it wasn't an empty on the NMTJ type stuff cause you cudnt gaurantee the JP off lines as it's not a stack it's random.

It is, but only if you dont just have half the info, as do most people.

You cant actually guarantee JP of lines anyway, just set it up to make it more likely.
