Only played this a couple of times but after £10 was offering top feature (crazy reels i think). My question is this, should i be looking for this feature or the top Streak from the shots?

top streak from shots really, although it likes to block for ever. i have had one offer £15 on the cash shot, then take 80 to give the mega. it still went for 85 in the end (2 or 3 streaks then afters) but perhaps if you are offered crazy reels from such a small investment you should take the profit and move on.

Crazy Reels all the way - it offers it way before Mega and gives £30+ most times. Why waste another £20 tryin to get mega streak when it will only give the same amount.

Wish i'd land Crazy Reels after a tenner everynow and then!

theres a good chance you caught it during a streak.. ching ching!

Thing is, in a pub near me we got this, and i stuck 2 quid in an got offered £25 on the cash side - took a shot at the top, thinking i still could take the 25 - but no, light goes out, so i think - "oh well, streak on the way" was it f##k - went down about another 40-50 without jackpot - so its hard to read, normally im offered half decent amounts on the first board, then goes dead - hi-low feature is good for seeing how the machine is playing, if you can get on that feature first board ya normally ok for a push for the crazy reels- which is more worthwhile then the mega streak

yeah i know mate, but was first time playing it and i had some shots at the top - thought that i cud see what it was gving at top then just take 25 - didnt stay there tho

Just getting used to Horn of Plenty, which will probably leave my local in the next few weeks.
I'm a newbie to fruit machines and to this forum, and have a question about HoP:
When you get a win on the reels, either 1, 2 or 3 small hatchets light up next to the feature reel. What do these mean, if anything, and can they be used to enhance the outcome of the game?

These are the symbols for the Hi/Lo options. If one lights up you will see that you will already have 1 Hi/Lo lit up and will only take 2 gambles until you get your bonus. They are only really helpful if you get all 3 lit up and are all the same (EG. 3 Lo's) so you can get a skill-stop bonus and thus can take No lose, extra life, Elimantor etc...
