wen i used my key it said refill loop x 1 on a 125 hopper machine

so i put a pound i to c if it would change and it went to 0

i put about 3 pound in after that and got on the board.

i played it forcefully because i thought it was going to give jackpot.
left to get change someone came and took jackpot.

i just wanna no how much will it take after displaying 0 before it pays out.

and does it pay out jackpot before reaching 0

It all depends. If it has been refilled then it could be nowhere near a JP. It also can pay JP before its full.
