Hey guys.
I just purchased Get Plastered from a company the other day got a REALLY good deal too, club machine its running from the mpu5 board and its a club machine really good deal I got for it, its actually a rebuild of costa del cash. Now this being my first fruttie I understand for home use it can't be used for hire/gambling publicly etc. but he also said to me "now if you want to sell it or get rid you have to bring it back to us and we'll trade it for you as its Illegal to sell it on Ebay or to someone else" "you will get lifted for it" ?!??!?! I have never heard anything like this in my life, and if it was illegal Ebay wouldn't allow it? I know ebay dont allow it with the coin op working, but as for selling it completely... do you think he just doesn't want me to make money from this machine? (not that I'm thnking of selling it, only just got it :o)

Any time you aggressively play seven deuce off suit, the universe will bend the laws of short term probability in order to re-balance the long term probability abuses by those trashy players who only play premium hands
I would say that this guy is most definately wrong. Ebay have no rules about this at all that I am aware of. There would be nothing ilegal about selling this on their site and they would certainly not pull the auction.
exactly, I think this guy knows I could sell this for like 5x the amount he sold it to me, and I've seen loads of bandits on ebay for sale. He said it almost immediately, he said "oh ya know you cant sell this on ebay its illegal" and all I thought was nah, dont think so, everyone else does it... he basically wants me to trade it back THROUGH him so he makes money off it too... :/

Because by stating it, they cover the legal responsibilities they have to adhere to

Exactly, so it won't affect any machine sales you wish to make.
its not that I know I would have to state it on Ebay, I'm just wondering why this guy said this? I didn't sign anything stating I wouldn't sell it apart from back through them, yet he seemed to stress the point to me and I was like "woah wtf? ok I heard ya the first time" asif I was gonna go off straight away and sell it to someone :/ Just checking there wasn't a small law/regulation I wouldn't be crossing seen as tho I've bought the machine from a small company...![]()
