Help ..I have an Italian Job £25 Payer 2001

I'm using it as a money (holiday savings) Box
But even though I have the owners book there may be pages missing from it
Obviously I have all the keys ....and can open both doors and see various buttons ???

The plastic tub at the bottom catches the overspill and is easy to empty but I'm damned if i can see how to actually empty the machine ....the tube ???

I know its gotta be easy ....any ideas Guys ???
