Why do they incorporate that extra nudge time out feature? From their angle it slows play down so machine doesn't take as much so quickly, it's tedious to say the least for the player with all that waiting, if it's going to give extra nudges for the JP then would it have held after nudges anyway?
Bad heartstopper to say the least.

But isn't it half the fun for the "old brigade" to wait each time with two bars on the line and wait to see IF it gives the 4/5/6 needed. Time to drink tea and light up too.

I never play Lo-Tecs however, whilst I was waiting for my playing partner to finish up on BKC a couple of weeks ago I did have a few pound in some Lo-Tecs and tried this extra nudge thing on numerous machines (seen it done in the past)...not once did I get it.

You mean Bear-X kidgloves, a good machine I used to think anyway, if it blocked 4 quid on the first win then not worth a push, if so push out for 15 and then take the rest![]()
Now you must be referring to the new chips with the bigger JP's?
The origional was called Bear Streak with £10 JP and sucked big time. Like red hot roll it blocked the red Bear Streak for ages and then could do like £4 on it. You're right about the gamble though, the profit was in collecting medium gambles when machine was happy and hoping to catch a few streaks in a row, but nothing to push for and certainly not a forceable machine.
