Yes put anything upto £100 (YES, one hundred pound) and dont collect anything, then you will get the JP.

If you are recycling small wins, hoping that it might just throw a JP in then you are mistaken, unless you get lucky and it is toward the end of the streak cycle and you fluke one.

Simple advice:

If it's full and offering £4+ then force it and use either SSS method for quick profit and leave or play out the afters and see what you get.
