Looks like we are up and running Gents.

Seems to work well enough and I can't see a reason for GG users not to continue to contribute to discussions.

Lets hope all the old hands continue to post, aswell as any others looking to learn a thing or two.

P.S Where has the private forum gone? This prooved an integral part of GG. To continue to attract users it is imperative the Private Forum is available otherwise members simply revert to other communication methods such as MSN and email.

Hi there,

There are a number of tweaks we are still making, which is why we haven't redirected the gambling-guide site yet... i.e. avatars, vChips, etc, even a few users are not migrated yet.

The private forums and the voting ground are still here. They are the last two areas in the parent fruitmachines forum. However, you will not be able to post / view them at the moment as we have not yet migrated all the relevant user permissions. This should be fixed by tomorrow.

If anyone spots anything that isn't working the way it should, please post here (or in the new troubleshooting section of the old forum) and we'll address it ASAP.

I've just put in a link to this forum from gambling-guide. We'll leave redirecting the site completely until the remaining issues are sorted out, probably by the end of the day.

Unfortunately your original login passwords were corrupted during migration. You can reset them by clicking the "contact us" link in the page footer, or clicking on "forgotten password" in the login area. Apologies, I believe this is the only remaining problem however

Make sure u dont forget us long time posters in this new era tho, I have considered this site to be one of the best on the net, and would hate to see that change....good luck

Well seems most stuff has gone over without too many set backs but it will be nice to see the private forum migrated. Also I just want to say I hope this site dont become like superarcadia with all the new members suddenly brought into the forum.

And what is with this ranking system? Professional? Uh.. I assume this goes on post count? I am sure there will be some idiots posting useless crap to get this just for the coolness factor especially the SA folks that are no doubt signing up.. I guess only time will tell.

I see private forums are here after all.. I am getting a you are not logged in message when using the vShop feature.. any ideas why this is? Infact I cant donate these vChip things either.. jsut curious as to what they actually are really.
