Just wondering what everyone else is getting in relation to VIU clones.

AFU was released first on mass and seems wide spread now.

I currently have Shark Raving Mad (SRM) cropping up in every location under the sun. Supernova (SN) is not yet as widespread and does not seem to have been produced on mass as of yet.

From what i read in CoinSlot i was under the impression that SN was intended to be mass produced and SRM not.

Did barcrest have a change of heart or something as at the minute SRM is out weighing SN by about 4:1 in the North East.

I would say almost one 3rd of pubs in my area house a VIU or one of the above mentioned clones.

It looks to me like AFU and clones are the future at least for the next 12 months and should yield god profits for most players over the Christmas period. My favourite time of year.

lol i agree with the fact that near us in middlesbrough i know of alot of afu/srm in the town itself, never mind going to pubs outside of town. even if one of the places they have turned the volume up so lound on each machine you can barely hear yourself.

Only a few AFU's here (maybe 4, found one IOU'ed in the wetherspoons here

Here near Nottingham we have about an equal share of the VIU Clones.

When did this drilling business all start? Im yet to see a machine drilled but i will be looking from now. You know that people who can play the machines an win will get the blame for the holes being there.

do you find shark raving mad to be a funny one, i've had them seemingly buzzing i.e. add again starts yet still piss around and go stone dead after a single 25 very strange.on the flip side they can appear to be touch and go, you get the superboard and it hands the top streak to you on a plate! ps my first post

SRM - is it me or does it block the SRM streak much worse than ever before.

I have had it where I was skill-ing onto multi add and it didnt add anything at all...

another howler is losing a hi-lo gamble and then it puts you into the bonus from pos 4??? even tho i have / or had no numbers whatsoever.

weird!

good machine overall but getting very boring, very fast.

Theres a few.

Ill describe it on AFU as its easier due to shape of board.

Top Left - Extra Bonus (Red & Blue)
Middle Right - 1 Bonus Nudge (Blue), 1 Upgrade (red)
Bottow Right - 1 Bonus Nudge (Blue), 2 Super Shots (red)

Cant remember if bottom left 1 feature (blue), multi add (red) is, i think it is actually.

Cant think of any others, its exactly the same for SRM and others but re-shape the board accordingly. Basically when you are on a square that can only reach one ? and requires a 4 or 6 to reach that square you are safe. This is because the 4 and 6 are selects.

P.S IMO it plays no different what so ever to AFU.
