Hey all. Just joined the boards but been reading them for a few months or so.
What are peoples opinions of this new machine? Does it play like VIU?
Just got one near me but i haven't had chance to play it for more than 1 jp. Came off £20, nothing spectacular. I like the cash shots idea but seems a shame that Streak Add is gone.

    Whats everyone think?

Just come back from it, got a very quick Supernova streak but it only went for 25 and didn't show anything after.

It's a nice little machine. I like the massive board skill stops, and the extra bonus option above skill continue has been very useful on occassion.

I think getting the JP or SN is easier to get on this then on AFU and VIU, I suspect this is because you need to be a little bit smarter and work the skill stops better. Average munter doesn't think things out and just grabs "extra life".

I always like it when the smug person stould by the machine says 'You could have got an extra life then!'. Just before you take the streak!
I think the lack of streak adds might help the playability - stops casual players taking these and having to either carry on (And probably lose) or have to know the right features to take.
Had a good run the other night in the pub - took jackpot off stnw, came off (Was only having a 'social' gamble!) saw someone else play, and it was stilla bit buzzing, so went back on and about another tenner for the streak which went for £35, played a bit more and got another JP of tutti frutti (off a £7/£15/£25 setup - bit lucky, or is this the new pick a reel?)

I did exactly that at the weekend. The Barman there is a friend of mine and he was stood by watching. I take my Taxi and he ses "You should have gone on to +features! You'd have had jackpot." I then press the shot button and get SN streak Even though it only went for £25 it was funny.
