It seems that since all legit legal methods, manipulators and emptiers have been more or less eliminated one way or another we are finding it necessary to turn to plugging more and more.

Not usually my thing but can anyone confirm jolly roger method involving switch off during top feature (streak) until empty. If there is any truth are they being chipped?

I have heard that that one was true, and also worked on noterunner and perhaps a few other extremes. Since I am not into plugging myself, I never tried it, and besides, half of my JRs were in clear view of the bar. I also understand that there was a critical chip issued for these, so all majors are probably done.
