What was your best fruit machine jingle or sound effect? And also is anyone as sad as me and has used em in conversation? I used to say 'carry on fletcher' all the time lol. I used to like the tune on a test barcrest but I cant remember its name. It had three columns up top, and used playing cards for the hi lo thing. You could get a joker to change cards and it would say 'lets play a joker'. Does anyone know which this one was?
Plenty to choose from but I particuarly like the JP tune on Spin on It when it's cranked up good and loud.
I also like tunes that are 'tiered' i.e. they are wrap around samples but extra fx's are added if you climb higher and higher...good example is red alert or Impulse from jpm..each level is the same tune with more added to help create the tension..don't see much of that these days.

Most are turned down now, can't think of any - most barcrests and Bellfruits are quite polished tho, like CBW/GGG

Its not the first machine i ever played but for some reason the machine whos sound effects i remember most are Mony Pyton.
The ones i liked most though is wipeout and its clones of (forgot names as not seen one inabout 3 years).

My fav machine is King Kebab for sound effects infact, it is my fav' machine overall come to think of it
As for the machine you are looking for, I think it is 'Cash Run' sure its the one you mean and I am sure I used to have some trick for it but only ever found it on pub anyways so was pretty useless at the time and is for sure now. Have a look on barcrest.com in their products section..
Why has it come to this?
