Was stuck at traffic lights, to my left was an open pub door, the fruit machine in clear view.... last time i checked it was a Quality Streak, now it was a Cops N Robbers.
No-one playing it so i was watching the attract sequence as i patiently waited for the lights to change, first the usual seemingly random patterns... then something that impressed me the C O P S N R O B B E R S scrolling across it.
Some clever programming went into that thought i ( cleverer than the game itself ! )
Hmmm maybe i need to get out more
lots of machines do it dont then? lord of the rings does it because we laughed when the text looked like an old VCR with all the blocky pretend subscript font
