Right before any of ya start having a rant and rave, I've already tried to use the search button but it gave out crap results.
So what better to just ask the experts?

Wots the crack with the note changer? Does it take money out of the tubes?? Can you force a machine by just using notes??
    Replies and advice welcomed

Yes it takes money from the hopper if you use the note changer.

You can force it using notes or coins it makes no difference what so ever to the payout, although you might find yourself IOUing if the hoppers are low at the start of your force when using notes.

Cheers for the advice, That might help me out a bit, as i always hate using notes in the machines, always thought you'd never win of a note.

must admit i used to think that you were 'taking' money out the machine using the note changer, but it doesnt affect the percentage, so unless u were doing a machine over by totally gutting it, the note changer ain't gonna affect your winnings is it?

Most new machines will have a transfer function now anyway to save having to decrease the hopper balance?

it makes NO difference if you use notes or coins to play. anyone that says otherwise is a n00b! if its non de-reg it will give change from the hopper but it will not count this as a win.

the note acceptors wont IOU machines either. for an AWP it automatically turns off the note acceptor when the hopper level hits £50 (varies from manu to manu) if it does IOU from getting change - then the person that coded it is a n00b!

this is true, it would actually be illegal if using notes affected the machines payout!

One slight change that I would like to add, is that on Cash Adder a basic force plays progressive, so when going to £15 cash not far off. But how come wen you put a £20 note in and play off the credits either transerfing or collecting the coins and putting them back in that the feature value suddenly goes down to £8, and by the time that £20 has been played back into it that the value is now back at £15!!!!

Hense this mean off playing with notes you cannot force of notes coz it will never go!

Also the machine can fuck up and give too many spins and an antidote and not kill you on the last snake, and oh what happens when it realises it screwed up IT CRASHES
