did any of you know that the % on these is 30-35% ?

Its not like they have a % pay out mate, they have a Aiming Percentage,
this can be set between 30-50%, but often the payout % is higher sometimes as high as 70%. for example if it is already high then it might not give you as many bonus's and things like that,
