Now I know I'm probably gonna look stupid here but in my local boozer theres a Sting King Rich machine. I've played it a few times and noticed it has a transfer button. I was just wondering what it does and when your able to use it.
Transfer buttons are used in conjunction with note acceptors.
ie. Insert a £10 note in the slot, usually £2 will automatically be transferred to credits, once you have played the £2 credits you will be given the option to either "transfer" another £2 to credits (by pressing the transfer button) or collect it as coins.
Maybe the machine doesn't have a note acceptor, if it doesn't the button is no use.
it can be used to transfer the money you've won from the machine i think, eg if you win £5 instead of collecting you can transfer it to credits
Duff Beer For Me, Duff Beer For You
Not on the machines i play it cant.
BSc, MOS, CCA(MPS 4.0), ITIL, ILM, MBCS
As far as i know money can only be transferred from the bank to credits on club machines, and on pub/arcade machines the transfer button can only be used to transfer funds from inserted notes to plays (apart from on Thats Magic!)
Thank youIt was doing my head in wondering what it was cause the machine hasn't got a note changer
While we are on the subject of StinKing Rich, personally havnt found any of these with the ermmmm "magic". Anyone else had any luck, or did they all come out already fixed ? Al least it will save metime having to check them if that is the case.
Also, for what its worth, the BIG DEAL feature on SR is a shot on the cash amounts at the top ( £25, £10 & £5 ) Gave me £5 when i got it on green, but possibly will give the £25 on red if its feeling generous.
Never found one that the trick worked on mate. Personally find these a bit easier than Thats Magic to read, although they can still have an awful (if not quite so long) dead period. Pretty sure getting red big deal is JP, but have also had jackpot of normal big deal once (usually a fiver).
TM n/c trick doesnt work on SKR
