Don't if anyone else has found this, starting to find the feature button on a few doshballs has be 'flicked out' Haven't found out who's responsible yet but it's well out of order.

Sounds to me like you are playing the newcastle area.
Thats the work of the Newcastle boys.
They do it on purpose so munters cannot collect wins and then on there next visit simply put it back in for there playing spell before flicking it back out when leaving.
