    Someone please clarify.

    Is it possible to refill the machine after IUOing simply by putting coins back through for the required amount.

    I seem to remember Top talking about this, something with regards to cleaning up other peoples mess regarding leaving IOU's.

    yes. whack in refill key, and just put in the iou amount plus 5 to 10 for good measure. dunno why people can't count coins anyway!!!
