This machine has just come into me local, anyone if its ne good?
Without sounding malicious i am a little amazed at the amount of queries like the above.
I recognise the need to ask questions and indeed there is no better place to ask than this forum though the amount of questions that relate to peoples locals and info seems astounding.
I am guessing that most people using this forum play machines regular and are fairly up-to-date with current machines and how they play.
Or am i wrong????
It may be that i am being a little naive but surely people must have seen and probably played these machines before they arrive in the local pub?
I would advise anyone serious in making any money from the game to consider going to the machines rather than letting the machines come to you.
Personally should a count-yer-cash arrive in my local i will probably not visit the pub for the follwing 12 weeks rather than spend hours trying to find a way to make the odd bob off it, i will spend my time locating doshballs etc..
Should you just be a casual player looking to make a couple of quid whilst enjoying a pint then many apologies. A poor machine in my opinion, can offer £50 but forcing can be expensive.

To me, 'local' means pub.
I have a feeling to most posters it means arcade or chip shop or bowling alley.
Anyone asking 'got any tips for xx yy zz?' probably shouldn't be playing machines at all.

You can't stick to your local areas nowadays,you have to travel around,find new locs with do-able machines,and to me that's 90% boredom,tedium and frustration.
listen lads i ent sayin any of u r wrong, some ppl do ask jst 2 try nd get info "free info". i mean free where some ppl have worked hard to get the info by pumping sometimes £100's down the back of a machine.
on the other hand not every1 playslike a pro or anywhere near some ppl just try a few pounds here and there for fun.
so try and giv ppl a break, else this 4um wil end up like arcadia, if u know wot i mean!

count yer cash is terrible. i would leave it well alone. even when full and happy it will cost more than 25 to get the jp. i played it a few times whn we had it a couple of years ago and decided it was awful. it might be worth your while putting in a couple of quid and seeing if you can earn enuf for a free pint but that is about it.
the new one return of the count is a clone of monopoly. although the super board looks slightly different with all the 20ps etc, it plays the same and all the features are the same. again, i would say its one to avoid as when unhappy can suck 8-10 for a single £2 board, and will cost more than 25 to get the jp.

cheers for the people who actually helped me, i think its better to ask people on here who have played it their advice, rather than going on it not havin a clue how to play it.

My advice was that it is sometimes better to look for the machines rather than playing poor machines when they turn up.
Although i do recognise that some people do just play the odd few quid here and there for fun.

P.S On another note: The sticky at the top of the forum does state, at the request of the mods, that people use the search function before posting questions and if you search for count yer cash you will find approx 500 responses.

If they're too lazy to use search *before* asking their question they deserve some slating...
As for this place becoming another arcadia-it's already happening,because too many people are coming in with no input other than asking clueless questions,and this is going to drive the more knowledgeable players away.
The only advice 'newbies' really need is *stop playing*;but they don't want to hear that.
And yes, CYC is totally dire,as are almost all similar clones.
