Does anyone know if Barcrests release of Hyper Viper has had an upgrade fitted already?

Had one installed in a local arcade and no matter how hard it was hit it was always buzzing, (if played like similar Barcrest that is). But now it's dead dead dead, unless you force it, just like usual pile of s**t, you would expect of another disguised clone.

I know for sure no one else has been hitting it, which leaves me with two options.

1. It was on some sort of ''test mode'' or very very very high % to suck players (me included) in to playing. Which is not the norm in this establishment.

2. It's been upgraded already.
