I have found one in the southwest that appears to be unchipped. Ive been hitting it weekly as have a couple of others and have found it turned off a couple of times. Believe it or not the same place had a LOR1 not 3 months ago as well! i wonder whos giving them these.............

keep an eye on that location and keep shut. they may have a lazy supplyer.
