I've just got back from a 4 day break over new year and apart from the obvious....lots of beer and redcoat shagging I was quite suprised at the turn of profit I made on their machines.
The week started with a visit to one of the on site pubs which had a £25 Viper Jive...thought I'd make a go of this and although it cost me £42 for the force I was about to witness my biggest streak ever. 1st JP didn't repeat but after lots of praying and a seemingly endless period between boards the next feature flashed happily away on IM. I took red Viper Jive which repeated to £50. Happy at this point I pursued the next board for that elusive £100er. Sure enough we were flashing away again. I took red Viper Jive again and this one repeated again. Now at the £125 mark and well happy I don't know why I continued for the next board but the suck it and see method made my jaw drop when again the IM kicked in..no repeat. £150 streak and obviously an i.o.u. Well chuffed. The rest of the stay involved regular visits to the local arcade...the £25 section was poor..not much to play. Some nasty chip Empire goriila jobs that I left alone after one sample. Video crazy fruits which didn't streak during my stay...a strange bingo type multi-player setup which you could win upto £1000 on but anything over £25 had to be in vouchers or prize equivalent value...didn't really interest me but plenty of punters on it. I did quite well on Barcrests multiplay 'the roll' machines..seems to hold the 3 reds back for a while and then it's pot luck if it's in a good mood...red rolls varied from £10 to £80ish at best. My first ever play of JPM's Tomb Raider saw me hi/lo to the Tomb Raider feature for £30 then again for £25 next board. It wasn't until a day or so later that I realised the magnitude of my good fortune there to catch it so set up after watching many players bash at the £5 block over and over with no luck. An Ultimo with very shy super mode made for dull entertainment, and when there was nothing else to play I dabbled into peasants land and the teenage brigade on the £5 JP 10p play machines. Even here I was suprised at how easy it was to read machines and make modest increments to the pocket. The place is awash with Vivid's of all description and I wondered to myself how much money you could have made before rechips on these beauties. As it was they were pretty upto date with upgrades all round apart from a Giant Gems on £25 which curiously slipped through the net as it didn't behave itself when I initially played it..the signs were all there..cheeky turning off the led attract ensured all informed players would test the water. I assumed the worst only to find some under age oink playing it on the last day of my stay following the method in all its glory to the letter and reaping the rewards...ah well can't win them all. Center stage had a spin on it which was good for £25 twice a day...hard coded blocks chip but plenty of pissed up punters softening its mood. Jaks late bar had a Club Casino Crazy with both cashpots on £250..I was tempted but didn't get heavily involved..snatched 4 mixed 7's for £15..exchanged in and died on third move...that was enough of that. Finally an Austin Powers which was dead upon arrival but I managed to get its heart going 2 days later..yet again a rechip..that lack of 2nd icon at 7 or 8 on the kebab stack when gambling spilled its identity. Clawed a £25 of cash knockouts and got offered same next board...2 years ago I'd have knocked it back straight away but these days....I just collected and ran wondering what if...but better to wonder what if with £50 than what if with £25 and a bad temper minus the money you throw back in it chasing the JP you think it really owed you. Highlight of the stay? Got to be the Viper Jive...Low Light? The 10p £5 JP Golden Game that took £38 for a feature for £2...it then spun it about 7 sets of bars to compensate over the next £10 or so. Not the best, not the worst of places but I can't see how any Skeggy player would be desperate enough to pay the day visit entry fee just to play their fruities in their hope of escaping the gangs of sharks down in the town. Happy New Year all...my resolution is to keep to my 200% profit record on FOBT's i.e. not to play them any more than the twice I have done so already...£20 each time on red.

Not being able to communicate on an internet forum isn't a weakness.
    It's self-defeating disaster.

I don't believe you don't know how to spell 'can't'.
(Unless you meant to write 'cnat').
